Cold & Flu Season Survival Tips

Just in case you hadn't already noticed, cold & flu season has arrived!  Kids are back in school and they are bringing home a Petrie dish of germs from far and wide.  If you work in a crowded, airless or recycled air environment — or travel a lot — you are in for a doozy of a season ahead!  
 
Though our winters are mild here in Southern Oregon, we still get rain, snow and cold weather which increases our chances of catching one of a million different illnesses.  We all know the best way to avoid getting sick this Fall and Winter season is frequent hand washing and avoiding those who are contagious.  How about in places like the Mall or restaurants or public bathrooms?  While many have hand sanitizer dispensers, is this truly enough to keep you healthy?
